General Investment Authority

The General Investment Authority (GIA)- Aden has established in May 1992 in accordance to the Investment Law No. (22) for the year 1991. Since then, the Authority in Aden has provided its services for the investment projects according to the Law.

The General Investment Authority – Aden works to simplify and facilitate procedures for the investor, in order to register and implement their projects in less time and effort, and to help investors benefit from obtaining the available incentives, as tax and customs exemptions and to obtain all the necessary licenses and permits for their investment projects according to the new investment Law no. (15) for the year 2010.
