Assigning and forming a committee to complete the procedures for signing the contract to hand over the industrial zone to Aden Industrial Zones Development Company

In implementation of the directives of the Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council and Governor of Aden, the Deputy Governor of Aden Governorate, Secretary-General of the Local Council, Mr. Badr Muawon Saeed, chaired the meeting and approved the assignment of the Investment Projects Follow-up Committee and the completion of all the necessary final procedures and preparations to sign the contract to hand over the site of the industrial zone in Aden between His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Trade and the “developer of the industrial zone”, Aden Industrial Zones Development Company, to be done before the end of this year.

The meeting also approved the assignment of a committee to conduct a field visit to evaluate the performance of factories and submit a list of investors who have been allocated lands by the Land Authority.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor, Secretary-General of the Local Council, Mr. Badr Muawon Saeed, Chairman of the General Investment Authority, Mr. Ali Ahmed Garhuom, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Abu Bakr Baabid, Director-General of the Lands and State Real Estate Authority in Aden, Mr. Amer Abdullah Othman, Director-General of the Industry and Trade Office, Mr. Waseem Al-Omari, and Chairman of the Investment Projects Follow-up Committee in the Transitional Council, Mr. Khaled bin Khaled Salem. The meeting was held at the Governorate’s Diwan on 27 November  2024.
