Preparing for the first Marib Economic Renaissance Conference and Exhibition

On September 13, 2023, Brother Elias Abdullah Al-Dhabhani, Director General of the Right Step Center for Consulting and Services, visited the headquarters of the General Investment Authority with the aim of presenting the idea of ​​holding an economic conference and trade exhibition in Ma’rib Governorate. One of the objectives of this event is to encourage investment in Ma’rib Governorate and attract local and foreign capital by presenting integrated feasibility studies for a number of investment projects, as well as identifying the problems and obstacles faced by the investor within the governorate, developing the necessary solutions and proposals to solve them, and coordinating between investors, the local authority, and the concerned authorities.

One of the objectives of the exhibition is to highlight the existing projects inside and outside Ma’rib Governorate and to create a mini-pavilion for the commercial market that includes all existing sectors, an integrated and free pavilion for male and female entrepreneurs, a pavilion for working and productive families, a media pavilion… etc.For his part, the Chairman of the General Authority for Investment welcomed the ideas proposed by Al-Dhabhani and expressed the Authority’s readiness to present the proposal and send letters to large companies for the purpose of participation and support for this event. The meeting took place in the General Authority for Investment building with the Chairman of the Authority, Mr. Ali Jarhoum, and a number of male and female employees of the General Authority for Investment.
