Project aim:

Manufacturing different types of electrical wires to use in electrical connection to electrical and electronic devices to suit different types of electrical loads.

Project description:

The cables factory is one of big factories that needs big area for machines, storage, and workers movement. It produces electrical cables made of copper and aluminum with different sizes according to their use. They are divided into three types:

• Single wire connection
• Multiple wire connection
• Metal wires

Project components:

• At least two production lines.
• Integrated lines to pull, twist, separate, and wrap electrical wires.
• Machines to produce wires and cables rollers.
• Ovens to melt wires and plastic.
• Wrapping area.
• Integrated maintenance workshop.
• Uploading and downloading lines.
• Integrated administrative area.
• Inner roads to upload and download wire rollers and raw materials.
