Project aim:

To provide learning and training opportunities for students who hold secondary school certificates or equivalents, prepare qualified cadres to work in tourism and hotels, contribute in developing employees’ professions in this area to provide high class hospitality services and learn how to deal with guests.

Project description:

It an institute specializing in teaching tourism and hotels (two-year diploma), consisting of two departments: hospitality and tourism.

There are four specializations at the department of Hotels: front offices, food making, foods and beverages, hotel management.

There are two specializations at the department of tourism: tourism studies tourism guide.

Study subjects:

• Teaching how to communicate and deal with clients.
• Learning hotel computation in electronic and booking services.
• Learning hotel marketing and field training.
