• To fulfill the increasing demand of frozen, imported and local vegetables and fruit particularly in their season.
• Producing different types frozen vegetables and fruit then transport them into the local market in good quality and they can be imported to abroad.
• Use the surplus of production and low prices in farming seasons.
• Creating jobs.

Project description

It is a factory of freezing and preparing vegetables such as: (mallow, potatoes, okra, and corn), and fruit: (mango, strawberry, peach, etc.). The factory will buy fruit and vegetables then prepares, cuts, and puts them in freezing places to sell them in the market.
