Fishing

Project aim:

To catch different types of fish and sea creatures such as: crustaceans, slugs, cartilaginous fishes, and bony fishes, etc. which are available in large quantities in different fishing areas.

Production capacity:

The production capacity is specified in the treatments between the investor and the Ministry of Fish Wealth for each fishing boat.

The industrial bottom fishing area is at 8 nautical miles from the boundaries of Aden Gulf islands, Arabian Sea, and the industrial surface and bottom fishing area in the industrial economic area. Fishing in the Red Sea is limited to the coastal fishing at 6 nautical miles from the boundaries of the islands.
