Conclusion of the training program for youth cadres in the local authority (local government system and decision-making skills)

Under the patronage of the Minister of State, Governor of Aden Governorate, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, in cooperation with the Office of Planning and International Cooperation, and in the presence of the Undersecretary of Aden Governorate for Youth Affairs, Mr. Abdul Raouf Al-Saqqaf, and Ms. Maysa Ashish – Director of the General Administration of Training and Research for Administrative Development in the Office of Aden Governorate, and Mr. Ali Al-Jabwani – Member The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, the Youth Horizons Foundation concluded, in the hall of the Royal Inn Hotel, on October 7, 2023, the training program for youth cadres in the local authority – Aden Governorate and its executive offices, in which the General Investment Authority participated, on (the local government system and decision-making skills).

This program comes within a partnerships project funded by the Dutch Embassy through the Youth Without Borders Organization for Development and the Civil Coalition for Peace and implemented by the Afaq Youth Foundation – Aden Governorate. It targeted 25 young men and women from the local authority offices in Aden Governorate, where it continued for 13 days and included a number of axes and fields within the framework of Local government system and decision-making skills.
