Home Farming Course 1 – Basis of Food Security

General Investment Authority participated in attending the first training course on home farming – the basis of food security, sponsored by the Office of Planning and International Cooperation in Aden and the National Society for Scientific Research.

Where Dr. Thabet Al-Azab talked about the importance of full interaction by the participants with the five themes of the course for the period from 5-9 March 2023 for (30) trainees, which will establish new societal concepts that will achieve self-sufficiency at the family and community levels, leading to achieving food security.

The course was launched on Sunday, March 5, 2023, in the Planning Office, in the presence of Ms. Intisar Saeed Murshid – Director General of the Planning and International Cooperation Office / Aden and Dr. Thabet Al-Azab, President of the National Assembly, and Dr. Ahmed Muhren, a member of the advisory body of the National Assembly Mr. Aidrous Al-Sulaimani, Director of the Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries Office / Aden.
