Project aim:

To start private universities with new specializations to fulfill the local and regional market needs based on modern curriculum and use of most advanced technologies of teaching and scientific research, and graduated students who are able to cope with changes in science and labor market.

Project components:

Modern University buildings based on modern designs of enough classrooms and equipped with necessary technologies of education, gyms, cultural clubs, and green spaces.
