The economic feasible study and the technical studies in the Oil Company provide information of the production capacity.

Manpower:

It is available and cheap and foreign experts can be called from abroad.

Raw materials:

Natural raw materials and gas.

Project rationale:

The natural gas is available and it is used as energy in the country and can be exported.
