Scoria Extraction

Project description

It is a project of extraction of volcanic red (russet) and black (navy blue) fragments. Its structure is between medium-base (andesite-basalt). These contains are present in volcanic cones. The scoria is very solid and light (size intensity is noticeable).

Main use

It is used in the industry of cement that resists salinity and humidity (Portland and Pozzolan cements as construction material for thermal and acoustic insulation), and as rubble to decorate spaces, gardens, etc.)
